A heads up for our 6-month plan members: you'll need to wait until the end of your term to request for a change of plan.

If you are on the Monthly plan, you're free to cancel whenever you wish. However, there won't be a pro-rated refund of the remaining month's fee if you choose to cancel mid-way through the month.

If you are on the 6-Month plan, you'll not be able to cancel your membership before your membership term is up. At the end of your 6 months term, you will be automatically renewed on a Monthly plan, unless we receive a cancellation notice.

One of the great benefits of a JustCo hot desk membership is that you do not have to book a desk in advance. Simply walk in and begin working seamlessly. As a hot desk member, you will get 24/7 access to your home centre and office hours access to non-home centres.

By using JustCo App, J-App, you will be able to book meeting spaces and event spaces during office hours. If you need to book a meeting room during non-office hours such as weekends or public holidays, please contact the displayed centre specific email and our community staff will help accommodate the booking.
