A heads up for our 6-month plan members: you'll need to wait until the end of your term to request for a change of plan.

If you are on the Monthly plan, your cancellation submission will effectively be on the last day of the calendar month. There won't be a prorated refund of the remaining month's fee if you choose to cancel mid-way through the month.

If you are on the 6-Month plan, you'll not be able to cancel your membership before your membership term is up. At the end of your 6 months term, you will be automatically renewed on a Monthly plan, unless we receive a cancellation notice.

One of the great benefits of a JustCo hot desk membership is that you do not have to book a desk in advance. Simply walk in and begin working seamlessly. As a hot desk member, you will get 24/7 access to your home centre and office hours access to non-home centres.

The JustCo App allows you to reserve meeting and event spaces during regular business hours. If you require a meeting room booking during non-business hours, like weekends or public holidays, please reach out to the specific centre's email displayed. Our community staff will assist in facilitating your booking.

Simply log into your JustCo App to view your available credits.

Complimentary credits will be prorated if the membership plan does not cover a full calendar month. The amount of credits you receive will be adjusted based on the specific duration of your plan. Please note that any unused credits will not be carried over to the next month.

For additional security purposes, only JustCo locations at UIC, Marina One East & West, OCBC East, Asia Green, Lazada One and Razer HQ require a separate building access card or phone app to gain entry into the building. Once past the gantries, the JustCo App will provide you access into our centre.

However, there will be a separate application and chargeable fee for the access card at these buildings. This will be advised to you upon registration.
